Bulalord? What’s that?
I know. Bulalord seems to have a strange sound in your ear but let me tell you a bit about what Bulalord is, Bulalord is a combination word of Bulalo – a famous dish beef soup in the Philippines and of course, Lord- is like a God, apparently.
According to the owner, Ms Angie, originally, they only offered Bulalo which became instantly very famous in their area. Eventually, they added up seafood such as shrimps and crabs to satisfy their increasing number of customers all over Metro Manila!
Filipinos are one of the people who are fond of unlimited so no wonder that numerous restaurants nowadays serve this kind of fashion in foods. And since The Philippines has more than 7,000++ islands, who wouldn’t want to get fresh unlimited seafood. Right?
So when my blogger friends and I got the chance to visit Bulalord Manila, we took the chance and truly, didn’t disappoint us!
Of course, we tried the unlimited seafood and the famous mouth-watering Bulalo!

How often do we travel for food? Or how often do we search for something extra and unlimited? In our previous food event, we’ve searched through a far off and hidden path in Tondo just to devour on unlimited seafood and the best selling bulalo at Bulalord, Manila. Bulalo is a beef dish from the Philippines that is made by cooking beef shanks and marrow bones. Its colour is light and this is native to southern Luzon region of the tropical country, the Philippines. . . . . Have you had it? Have you had any Filipino cuisine? What’s your most favourite? 😋 . . . . . . . .

If you’re not so much of a big fan of seafood though, they also serve other Filipino foods like sisig, lumpiang shanghai, tofu ( one of my most favourites), liempo, and more!

Food Quality :
Bulalord Manila has a direct source of the seafood supplier so expect the quality was excellent. Freshness was great, each food was properly cooked and delicious. My most favourite one is the bulalo of course because I’m a big fan of soup and the buttered shrimp.
Staff were kind and assistive. Furthermore, they have a first aid kit which is quite surprising for a restaurant to have. But why do they have this? Because some customers are unaware that they have an allergy to seafood and once they indulge themselves to this food, the allergy starts to attack. Good point on that, Bulalord!
Important reminder :
Like most restaurants that don’t allow leftovers, please note that Bulalord Manila also is one of them. Strictly no leftovers, no sharing and no takeaways.
